There's no better way to represent this district than with as much involvement from our community as possible.

I will immediately set up the largest possible legislative internship program for residents of this district.

​

This will be an empowering and educational experience for its hundreds or even thousands of participants, who will be able to gain a strong grasp of the workings of government, and a deep understanding of social sciences. Participants will develop skills for being effective on a team doing high stakes work.

​

It will come with the added benefit of thoughtful recommendation letters that will hopefully help with starting and boosting careers and scholarly advancement.

​

I want to make progress on a lot of big things in the State Senate and can use all the help I can get, especially in areas like research, communication, and event coordination.

​

I know an unprecedentedly-giant internship program would be a great thing for our communities and I'm very excited about putting it together.
